IT (2017)

You've probably heard a lot about this movie. Indeed, it was one of the highest grossing horror movies in the history of horror films. This movie is based on the book of the same name, written by Stephen King. This movie was filmed in 2017 and directed by Andy Muschietti. 

THE PLOT 

In the rain one day in October 1998, a paper boat was created by Georgie and her brother. He went out to play with this object in the streets. After running around the neighborhood, he lost his boat and found it far from home, in a sewer. He bends down to pick up the object, but a clown comes out in his field of vision. It tricked Georgie and ate him, leaving no trace of evidence. 

Years after the boy's disappearance, inexplicable events occur in his town Derry. Children begin to disappear. His brother and his friends set out on an investigation to find Georgie's whereabouts. In the course of this, terrible things happen to them. The big "It" caught them.

This movie is one of my favorites, the image, the locations, the cast, everything was very well chosen. The scripts were very close to what the book is, the length of the movie and the music were also very good choices. It is even said that in order for the children's reactions to have been genuine, the clown actor did not live with them.  That adds a lot more points to your creation.  My score for this movie is 10 out of 10. 

WHY WOULD I RECOMMEND IT? 

I definitely highly recommend this movie, if you are one of those people who really enjoy the photography of the scenes, you will love it. It's a long movie, but it's worth it. Personally, I love the books written by Stephen King. The book adaptation is almost the same. He puts every characteristic of the characters in the book to those in the movie. The scene that impacted me the most was seeing the killer clown looking straight into the camera with a red balloon. So without a doubt, don't miss a chance and watch it now!
